Serve Nutritious Meals to Seniors.
Help prep, cook, or serve meals on Mondays to older adults from the Larry Dixon Center.
This communal meal site provides free healthy meals to assist those who may be homebound, may be limited with funds to buy food, or may need social interaction.

Serve To-Go Meals to Kids.
Meals are provided when school is
not in session during summer the season.
They provide access to low-resourced families
to receive free healthy meals for their children.

Set Up the Farmers Market.
Assist Live Well with setting up vendors, providing customer service, or cleaning-up the market.
The Geary Comunity Farmers Market occurs every Thursday 4pm-7pm from May to October.

Identify the benefits and challenges of the
local food system.

Attend Live Well Coalition Meeting.
Live Well Geary County hosts a quarterly meeting
updating community members on updates and progress.
It is free to attend via Zoom.
